Loungers plc is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager at Manzano Lounge to support the General Manager, lead the team, and ensure every guest leaves happy. If you love hospitality and care about people, you’ll fit right in.

We’re a growing casual dining brand with 300+ sites across England and Wales. The role offers a competitive salary, bonus, overtime, and genuine progression through in-house training and Step-Up programmes to General Manager/Head Chef.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience on the floor in fast-paced venues.
• Ability to lead by example and energize a team.
• Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts (opens/closes/weekends) and motivate the team.
• Coach staff with regular feedback to improve performance.
• Manage rotas, stock, labour and KPIs, and support the General Manager.
