Loungers plc is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager for Toro Lounge to support the General Manager, lead a team, and ensure guests leave happy. The role suits someone with hospitality leadership experience and a passion for guest service across England and Wales.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as supervisor/assistant manager in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to coach and develop staff across a busy shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead a variety of shifts (opening/closing, weekends) and delegate tasks.
• Coach team through regular feedback and maintain high guest service standards.
• Manage rotas, stock, labour, KPIs and support General Manager.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure allergen controls are followed.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
• Be a welcoming on-floor host and promote Lounges reputation.
