Webrecruit is recruiting an MOT Tester for a busy automotive centre in Hinckley. You will test light vehicles to DVSA standards, carry out essential servicing tasks and contribute to customer satisfaction.

The role requires an MOT licence, good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a small team in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexibility and pride in workmanship are essential. Experience with DVSA computer systems is preferred and ongoing training is available.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid MOT Tester licence issued by DVSA.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Able to work efficiently in a busy retail automotive environment.

Responsabilités

• Carry out MOT tests to DVSA standards on light vehicles.
• Fit products and provide ancillary services to customers’ vehicles.
• Maintain cleanliness of the centre and equipment.
• Support sales of products and services in line with company procedures.
• Adhere to company policies and management instructions.
• Wear and present company uniform at all times.
• Be available for work at the times specified by the company.
• There are training opportunities to further your career within the Company.
