Job summary

Endeavour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Windows Engineer to support Infrastructure and Workplace Windows environments within restricted networks. The role requires active DV clearance and site-based work to maintain secure, resilient services.

You will handle BAU tasks, incident resolution, patching, monitoring and continuous improvement while aligning with security guidance and third-party partners.

Qualifications

• DV clearance is essential for project scope.
• Broad Windows infrastructure experience across both server and workplace environments.
• Experience with AD, virtualization (VDI) and storage technologies.
• Strong networking understanding and incident/change/problem management exposure.

Responsibilities

• Provide BAU support, administration and configuration across Windows Infrastructure and Workplace environments.
• Coordinate Windows maintenance and patching with minimal business disruption.
• Implement approved changes in restricted Windows environments.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for incidents, including investigation and remediation.
