Job summary

Flint UK Technology Services in the United Kingdom is seeking DV-cleared software developers to design, build and operate secure, cloud-native platforms for mission-critical environments.

You will work in a highly skilled engineering team, using Java, Python or C#, and modern DevOps tooling to automate deployments, implement secure-by-design practices, and drive resilient pipelines.

Active UK DV clearance is essential; previous defence or regulated environment experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering experience with Java, Python or C#.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong software engineering experience using languages such as Java, Python or C#
• Hands‑on experience with modern DevOps tooling, including CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins or GitLab
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud)
• Knowledge of containerisation technologies including Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑moving engineering environment
• Active UK Developed Vetting (DV) clearance is essential

Desirable Experience

• Background in Platform Engineering, DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering
