Job summary

Icts Europe in Central London is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead security operations at a prestigious client site. You will oversee patrols, CCTV, incident reporting, and ensure compliance with DV clearance requirements.

The role requires an SIA licence (Door Supervisor or Security Guarding) and DV clearance; a full UK driving licence and the ability to work on-site in London. We offer full training and a benefits package including pension and health cover.

Qualifications

• Willingness and eligibility to obtain and maintain DV clearance, including a minimum of 10 years’ UK residency
• To pass a criminal records check (CRC) to required standards
• Document to prove eligibility to work within the UK if applicable
• Excellent command of English – both oral and written
• SIA licence - Door Supervisor or Security Guarding and a CCTV Licence
• Full, clean manual UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
• Experience in supervising

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the security operations on shift (CCTV, patrols, reporting equipment faults)
• Liaise with the CGF Site Security Manager for day-to-day operations
• Report and respond to all security incidents and emergencies
• Attend and manage security-related incidents including fire evacuations and conflict management
• Assist in investigations and issue reports of non-conformities or letters of concern
• Maintain comprehensive daily logs and incident reports
