Job summary

Network IT Recruitment seeks a highly experienced Project Control Officer to support a Project Management team in Milton Keynes. You will manage project controls, monitor budgets and risks while coordinating meetings and documentation.

The role requires DV clearance (SC considered) and British citizenship, with a hybrid work pattern (3 days on-site, 2 remote) and a daily rate around £360 for a 6-month contract.

Qualifications

• Background in Project Support / Project Controls / Project Administration for project teams.
• Experience in Defence, Government or Public Sector projects.
• Excellent drafting and minute-taking ability.
• Strong numeracy and project finance skills.
• Good organisation and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficient with MS Word, Outlook, Excel and MS Project 2007.
• Experience supporting large or multiple projects.
• Project qualification like APMP Fundamentals or Prince2.
• Knowledge of Oracle financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive project support across a portfolio of projects.
• Support governance, manage budgets and monitor costs.
• Coordinate meetings, risks and issues, and maintain project documentation.
• Produce regular financial and project reports and dashboards.
• Assist in gate reviews and ensure delivery against plans and requirements.
