Job summary

BT Group in Ipswich is seeking a Service Management Professional to support key systems ensuring compliance with TI, DR and DD legislation in the UK and globally. You will coordinate operational processes, monitor service performance, manage incidents and changes, and work with technical teams to ensure reliable IT support.

This hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days remote) requires DV security clearance and a 37.5 hour week.

Qualifications

• IT Service Delivery experience.
• Ability to resolve issues and manage escalations.
• Knowledge of ITIL 4 processes and practices.
• Experience driving business process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the performance and availability of IT services.
• Provide regular reports on service performance and achievements.
• Support incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Coordinate responses to service disruptions and outages.
• Track and report on service levels and KPIs.
