Qualifications

• Experience in tech and technology procurement.
• Background in defence and/or military is advantageous.
• Financial literacy and budget management experience.
• Track record delivering operational solutions in tech.
• High level of integrity.
• Dynamic, proactive self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with ambiguous situations and collaborative working style.

Responsibilities

• Support the team including career development plans and day-to-day activity management.
• Ensure business activities remain compliant.
• Manage purchasing.
• Implement and monitor compliance with policies and processes.
• Carry out ad hoc research projects.
• Manage the office and facilities.
• Organise internal and external events, meetings and conferences.
• Coordinate SMT attendance at conferences and exhibitions.
• Promote the company and its products.
• Manage accreditation processes.
• Engage with regulators (CAA/Ofcom) to obtain field-trial clearances.
• Organise tech demonstration field trials and invite attendees.
• Lead special projects from conception to execution.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Provide decision-making support with analysis.
• Manage change initiatives.
