Job summary

Bangura Solutions is supporting a client in recruiting an SC Cleared Growth Director to help maximise opportunities to design and deliver secure, complex IT and digital systems for the Defence sector.

You will work with senior business leadership to shape and drive an innovative approach for business development, with autonomy to pursue tangible growth opportunities and to leverage deep Defence sector knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience leading growth initiatives in the Defence sector.
• Recent completion of a similar Growth Director or equivalent role.
• Deep understanding of deployed Defence technologies and secure IT systems.

You will be proficient in cloud architectures, cybersecurity, software development methodologies, and system integration.
