Job summary

CoreTech Security in City of London is seeking an experienced software engineer with active Developed Vetting security clearance to join our Capability Development team. You will work hands-on delivering end-to-end products across embedded and mobile platforms, with autonomy over architecture and the opportunity to mentor junior colleagues.

You will lead technical projects in small teams, drive code quality, and collaborate with engineers to balance delivery timelines and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Active Developed Vetting security clearance is required.
• Experience delivering end-to-end products across multiple platforms.
• Experience leading small to midsize development teams through full lifecycle.
• Ability to ensure code quality through reviews, testing and CI.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on in day-to-day delivery of projects.
• Lead technical projects within one or two-person teams.
• Mentor junior colleagues and promote idiomatic, rigorous coding practices.
• Balance delivery timelines with client requirements while maintaining quality.
