Gold Group Limited is seeking a DV Cleared Business Analyst to join our client in London. The role is on-site in Leicester Square, with a 3 days/week presence, offering a salary of £65,000 - £90,000 plus benefits.

As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with Product Owners and agile delivery teams to turn complex challenges into clear, actionable insights that drive meaningful change. Active DV security clearance is a prerequisite for consideration.

Qualifications

• Experience in defence, security, government, or regulated environments.
• Experience working in agile delivery teams and managing user stories/tickets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex environments.
• Effective engagement and communication with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or GitLab.

• Acting as the bridge between stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business and user needs
• Eliciting, analysing and documenting business and technical requirements in agile delivery environments
• Supporting Product Owners to prioritise and maintain well-defined backlogs aligned to project goals
• Facilitating workshops, discussions and stakeholder engagement to clarify complex problems and drive decisions
• Applying systems thinking to understand wider organisational impacts and improve processes, services and technology
• Evaluating delivered solutions to ensure they meet desired outcomes and recommending enhancements where required

Role: DV Cleared Business Analyst

Location: Leicester Square,London - 3 days/week on-site

Salary: £65,000 - £90,000 + benefits

Business Analyst needed to join our client, an established defence engineering firm with secure premises in London.

As a Business Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering impactful solutions within agile software delivery teams. Working closely with Product Owners, delivery teams and stakeholders, you will turn complex challenges into clear, actionable insights that drive meaningful change.

Due to project constraints we can only consider applicants who hold a current active DV security clearance.

What the role of the DV Cleared Business Analyst entails:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in complex, ambiguous environments
• Ability to engage, influence and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence or GitLab
• A proactive, organised approach with strong attention to detail
