Job summary

Salt Creating Futures Ltd. is seeking Senior/Specialist Cloud Engineers (AWS & Secure Infrastructure) for on-site roles in London, Ipswich, or Cheltenham.

You will design, build, and deploy high-availability AWS solutions and secure cloud architecture within an agile team, automating processes and mentoring junior engineers. Key responsibilities include leading cloud design, IaC automation, 3rd line support, and line management of junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Core technical expertise on AWS services.
• Development & IaC with Python/Node.js and IaC tools (Terraform or CloudFormation).
• Containers & orchestration with Kubernetes or AWS EKS.

Responsibilities

• Cloud design and build of secure AWS architecture.
• Automation of infrastructure with IaC and time-intensive processes.
• 3rd line support for deployed cloud systems and collaboration with support teams.
• Lead, mentor and develop junior engineers.
