Job summary

Datasource Recruitment seeks an experienced Agile Delivery Lead for engagements across Bristol, London, Manchester and Cheltenham. Candidates must hold current UK Developed Vetting (DV) clearance and have a strong background in agile delivery methodologies. Experience in product management or AI-enabled delivery is a plus.

The role is Hybrid with variable on-site days. You will work at the sharp end of national security, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver complex programmes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading end-to-end complex technical or transformation programmes.
• Strong background in agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and shape new propositions.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile delivery across multi-site UK programmes in Defence and Security sectors.
• Engage senior stakeholders and shape delivery propositions.
• Experience incorporating AI delivery techniques where relevant.
