Job summary

CBSbutler Ltd. is seeking an experienced DV Cleared Project Manager / Squad Lead to join a high-profile government programme based in Corsham.

The role focuses on Agile delivery within a secure environment, coordinating with technical teams, programme leadership, and customer stakeholders to deliver critical IT capabilities. You will drive delivery across Programme Increments, acting as the interface between the Development Squad, Project Managers, and Business stakeholders to ensure successful

Qualifications

• Active DV security clearance required.
• Proven experience delivering complex IT projects within Agile environments.
• Strong project management and Agile delivery skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and run Agile ceremonies.
• Delivery focus with a track record of meeting programme objectives.
• Experience managing dependencies, risks and blockers.
• Accountability for delivery of complex IT infrastructure or platform environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the customer to agree deployment schedules for each Programme Increment while ensuring governance compliance.
• Drive effective communication and collaboration across multiple delivery teams.
• Take accountability for the delivery of the Core IT Platform, including design, build, and stabilisation of Factory, SIT, Pre-Production, and Production environments.
• Work closely with the Programme Manager and Technical Lead to maintain Agile artefacts aligned with objectives.
• Lead daily stand-ups and manage sprint delivery to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and act as the main delivery contact throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage inter-team dependencies and collaborate with other Agile teams to achieve programme objectives.
• Facilitate resolution of risks, issues, and blockers to maintain delivery momentum.
• Support continuous improvement across Agile delivery practices.
