Role: 2nd Line Storage Support Engineer

Location: Basingstoke

We are seeking a 2nd Line System Administrator to join our team alongside 2nd and 3rd Line engineers. Your responsibilities will include assisting a high-profile user community, maintaining daily contact with customers and stakeholders using the IT Service Management Toolset. Monitoring Event Management tooling, triage, and escalation are critical components of this role.
