Job Opportunity: System Support Engineer (SC or DV Cleared)

We are currently hiring for a System Support Engineer (SC or DV Cleared) to join a highly regarded UK-based company specialising in digital solutions and innovation, focusing on digital transformation in high-security environments.

The client is delivering a transformational digital capability to a customer. The capability will go live shortly and will require additional skills and experience to support the maintenance and delivery of the CI/CD pipeline.

Responsibilities

1. Provide engineering skills and follow technical direction in maintaining and delivering the solution.
2. Assist in planning for resolving existing technical debt and developing remediation plans.
3. Support the identification and sizing of work required to deploy changes from the MVC pipeline, including developing engineering plans for deployment.
4. Assist in finding and fixing issues.
5. Support out-of-hours call-out to provide 1st/2nd line response to P1/P2 system performance issues.

We are looking for experience supporting some of the following technical skills (not all are required):

• VxRail
• MS Office, SharePoint, Exchange
• EJBCA, Userlock, Keycloak
