Job summary

The Londoner Hotel in Leicester Square is recruiting a Duty Security Officer to join our Security team. You will conduct building safety patrols, monitor CCTV, and assist with bag searches for staff and contractors while upholding our high standards of guest safety.

You will record incidents, respond to emergencies, and support routine security audits as part of the team. The role suits calm, reliable individuals who can work independently in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct frequent building safety, security and environmental patrols as required.
• Monitor CCTV systems, detecting and assessing potential areas of concern, criminality, harm to individuals or loss to the business.
• Assist with bag searches of staff and contractors leaving the building.
• Ensure all accidents and incidents are correctly recorded and reported and that injured persons receive first aid or hospital treatment as required.
• Assist in the routine internal security audit as part of the group security review program.
• Monitor the fire alarm panel and panic alarms applying appropriate emergency responses in accordance with established procedures.
• Perform door supervisor duties across the F&B outlets within the hotel.
