Job summary

The Range in Milton Keynes is seeking a Duty Manager to support daily store operations, lead the team and ensure excellent customer service. You will work alongside the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager to maintain high standards and drive store performance.

Key responsibilities include coaching staff, managing customer flow, stock and promotions, and ensuring safety and compliance across the store environment. A proactive, hands-on leader is ideal for this fast-paced retail setting.
