Job summary

The Lowndes Hotel, part of Jumeirah, invites applications for a Duty Manager to join our Front Office team in London. The successful candidate will oversee property operations, ensure service standards, and support guests with exceptional hospitality.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in Guest Services or Front Office within luxury hospitality, strong knowledge of Front Office systems and MS Office, and excellent English communication. The role requires shift work and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Guest Services or Front Office roles within luxury hospitality.
• Strong working knowledge of Front Office applications and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Front Office operations to align with service standards.
• Conduct room inspections for availability and standards.
• Coordinate activities to improve departmental cooperation and service delivery.
• Attend daily briefings to communicate information and align the team.
• Manage booking situations, including overbookings when necessary.
• Maintain lobby/entrance cleanliness in coordination with Housekeeping and Concierge.
