Job summary

Robinsons Brewery is seeking a Duty Manager to lead daily operations across the bar and restaurant, working closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth service and outstanding guest experiences.

You will coach and develop team members, handle customer queries confidently, and drive standards of cleanliness, health and safety, delivering a supportive, energetic hospitality environment.

About the role

As Duty Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the business, working closely with the General Manager to ensure everything runs smoothly and our guests receive the best possible experience.

From leading shifts and supporting your team on the floor, to handling challenges and driving service standards, no two days are the same.
