Old Ball is seeking a Duty Manager to work alongside the General Manager, leading your team to ensure every guest experiences outstanding hospitality across our brands. You will oversee daily operations, uphold standards, and act as a confident, visible leader in busy service periods.

In this role you will train and inspire staff, develop talent, manage guest care from arrival to departure, and drive service excellence while helping the business hit its targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or supervisory role.
• Ability to lead and develop a team to deliver high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink and service to a high standard.
• Act as role model and guide staff development.
