All Bar One Airside in Park Central is seeking a Duty Manager to work with the General Manager, leading the team and overseeing all areas of the business to deliver a memorable guest experience. You will train and inspire your team to deliver exceptional food, drink and service, acting as a role model and guiding development within the team while ensuring guests are cared for and hosted to life’s memorable moments.

The role aims to drive business targets with a proactive, guest-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Experience as Duty Manager or assistant to General Manager.
• Proven leadership and guest service skills.
• Ability to train and inspire teams to deliver high standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and motivate the team to deliver great food, drink and service.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
• Ensure guests are cared for and hosted to create memorable moments.
• Help achieve business targets.
