Job summary

Premier Inn in Dartford is seeking a Hotel Duty Manager to help lead the hotel during shifts, coordinating across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant to ensure guests have a great stay. You’ll be on the floor, guiding the team, making quick decisions and coaching colleagues to keep operations smooth.

Pay is up to £13.86 per hour with evenings and weekends included. This role offers guaranteed hours and a clear career path toward Hotel Manager, with full training and benefits from day one.
