The Coaching Inn Group is seeking a talented Duty Manager to join our team. We deliver Hospitality from the Heart across historic inns and premium destination hotels in the UK.

You will lead shifts, inspire a team, and drive memorable guest moments while maintaining high service standards. We offer opportunities for development, training, and a supportive work culture that values collaboration and a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in shift management and leading teams in hospitality.
