The Coaching Inn Group is seeking a talented Duty Manager to join our team. You will lead front‑of‑house operations, drive exceptional guest service, and develop a cohesive team across bustling hotel venues.

Qualifications

• Fun and passionate individuals who work well in a team.
• Ability to lead and develop a team, with good initiative.
• Experience managing shifts and supervising staff.
• Interest in creating memorable guest moments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shift operations and service delivery.
• Lead and develop front-of-house teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to smooth operations during busy periods.
• Uphold brand standards and maintain a positive guest experience.
