The Essex Golf and Country Club Limited in Earls Colne is seeking a proactive Duty Manager to help run the club operations across shifts. You will supervise staff, address member inquiries, and ensure safety and cleanliness while upholding our service standards.

Qualifications

Diploma in hospitality or business desirable.
Ability to exemplify exceptional service standards and exceed guest expectations.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the Club during shift.
Supervise staff, manage inspections, and ensure policies are followed.
Address member enquiries or complaints promptly.
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and maintenance coordination.
Cover other departments during busy periods as needed.
