Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Duty Manager for The Plough on the Moor. You’ll work with the General Manager to lead the team, oversee daily operations, and ensure guests enjoy memorable experiences in a lively Castle Pubs setting.

You’ll coach staff to deliver great food, drink and service, while modeling professional conduct and driving toward business targets. This on-site role offers flexible shifts and a supportive team environment.

Job description

As Duty Manager at the Plough on the Moor, you’ll work alongside the General Manager to lead your team to success. You’ll oversee all areas of the business, making sure provide guests with an experience that keeps them coming back for more.
