Job summary

O'Neill's Southampton is seeking a Duty Manager to work alongside the General Manager, overseeing daily operations and guiding the team to deliver memorable guest experiences. You will train staff, model the standards, and help drive the business towards its targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or a similar supervisory role.
• Proven ability to train and coach a team to deliver high service standards.
