The Pickaquoy Centre Trust is seeking a duty manager with strong leadership skills and a customer-focused approach to help run the centre’s day-to-day operations in Orkney. You will lead and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery and maintain health and safety standards across facilities.

This role suits an experienced manager or an ambitious supervisor seeking progression, with 35 hours per week and £32,445 per annum plus benefits including membership of the Local Government Pension

We are seeking a duty manager with strong leadership skills and a customer-focused approach to help deliver The Pickaquoy Centre’s day-to-day operations.

Leading and supporting operational teams, this key management role assists in ensuring the smooth running of the centre, maintaining high standards of customer service, health and safety, and operational performance across our facilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager seeking a new challenge in a busy and varied environment, or an ambitious supervisor looking to progress into a management role.
