The Ship Inn, part of Mitchells & Butler PLC, is seeking a Duty Manager to work alongside the General Manager to lead the team and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring guests receive a memorable experience.

You’ll train and inspire your team, strive for targets, and be the host at life’s memorable moments. The role offers flexible shifts, generous staff discounts across our brands, Wagestream access, pension, 25 days holiday and other employee benefits.
