Mitchells & Butler's Bunch of Grapes pub is seeking a Duty Manager to work alongside the General Manager, overseeing daily operations and delivering memorable hospitality. You’ll lead and develop the team to ensure guests have exceptional experiences.

You will train and inspire staff, act as a welcoming host for guests, and drive toward business targets while maintaining the pub’s high standards. Flexible shifts and employee benefits are included.

Job description

As Duty Manager at the Bunch of Grapes, you’ll work alongside the General Manager to lead your team to success. You’ll oversee all areas of the business, making sure provide guests with an experience that keeps them coming back for more.
