Flight Club Darts in Exeter is seeking a Duty Manager to lead on-shift operations, ensure outstanding guest experiences and uphold our vibrant brand. You’ll inspire a brilliant team, manage service flows and drive a high-energy, customer-focused culture.

You’ll champion warmth, togetherness, passion and innovation on every shift, and play a key role in maintaining our renowned social darts experience with focus on service excellence and team engagement.
