The Club Company is seeking a proactive and reliable Duty Manager to join our team and ensure smooth club operations, especially during shifts. You will oversee daily activities, manage staff, and address member inquiries to uphold high service standards across our UK-based golf and country clubs.

We operate 7 days a week, with varied shift patterns from early morning to late evening, including weekends and bank holidays.

Qualificações

• Diploma in hospitality or business desirable.
• Ability to exemplify exceptional service standards and exceed guest expectations.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the daily operations of the Club during your shift.
• Ensure a safe working environment and promptly address member enquiries or complaints.
• Carry out routine inspections and manage staff.
• Supervise the team, oversee maintenance work and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Provide flexibility to cover other departments during busy periods.

The Role

We are seeking a proactive and reliable Duty Manager to join our team and support the Deputy General Manager/Head of Club Experience in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Club. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Club during your shift, ensuring a safe working environment, and addressing any member enquiries or complaints promptly. In this role, you will carry out routine inspections, manage staff, and ensure that all operational policies and procedures are adhered to. You will also supervise the team, oversee maintenance work, and ensure the overall safety and cleanliness of the Club. During busy times, you will assist and cover any department when needed, providing flexibility and support to ensure smooth operations. Experience & Skills Required

Schedule

• We operate a 7-days a week business, between 0600 to 2300
• Shift patterns will vary as per business requirements and encompass all opening hours - weekends and bank holidays
• Evening availability for functions (until 0200)
