Ember Inns is seeking a Duty Manager for the White Lion Hotel in Ambleside. You’ll work alongside the General Manager to lead your team and oversee all areas of the business to ensure guests have an unforgettable experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or supervision.
• Strong leadership and guest service focus.
• Ability to train and inspire a team.

• Use your management experience to be an assistant to the General Manager in the day to day running of the business.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
