Job summary

Tjarks and Tjarks Design Group in Purley seeks a Dutch-speaking Account/Project Manager to lead multiple design-to-artwork projects for high-profile brands. The role requires strong project management skills and the ability to work across design, retouching, and production teams in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage briefs, coordinate internal teams, and oversee international rollouts while maintaining excellent client relationships and meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Account/Project management experience essential in a fast-paced environment.
• Dutch language skills required; other European languages advantageous.
• Experience in creative/print and design environments is advantageous.
• Excellent telephone manner and written communication in English and Dutch.
• Highly organized with strong time-management and deadline adherence.

Responsibilities

• Own and independently manage projects and/or brands from brief to delivery, coordinating Design, Retouching, Artwork and QC teams.
• Lead large international packaging rollouts across brands/countries as needed.
• Ensure brand guidelines and print processes are followed with attention to detail.
• Write clear internal briefs for design, photoshoot and artwork projects and manage timelines.
• Manage client expectations and maintain strong client relationships while meeting deadlines.
