Job summary

Ergomed Group is seeking a Medical Information Associate with Dutch language to support the Medical Information team in handling initial adverse event and medical information inquiries. The role requires a healthcare-related degree and fluency in Dutch and English, with capacity for UK-based shifts including out-of-hours coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Life science / biomedical background with healthcare-related degree (chemistry, biology, biotechnology, pharmacy, nursing)
• Customer service or call centre experience preferred
• Comfortable taking inquiries by phone
• Ability to perform out-of-hours service if required
• Time and issue management, delegation, organization and multitasking with good attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Advanced English and Dutch skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Provide approved responses to medical inquiries from external customers in Dutch and English
• Identify, document and report adverse events, pregnancy and other special situations within required timeframes
• Ensure all medical information inquiries are tracked and documented in the MI database
• Participate in out-of-hours provision for clients with 24/7 enquiry handling service
• Provide management with regular updates on project status and metrics
• Assist in regulatory inspection preparedness for PV systems and participate in inspections or audits
