Job summary

Richemont International Limited is seeking a Lead VM Stylist for Dunhill in London. You will shape the styling identity across e-commerce, showrooms and global brand assets, translating British heritage and seasonal narratives into compelling visual content.

You will collaborate with the VM team and cross-functional partners to ensure consistent styling across digital content, retail displays, and training materials, and lead in-store sessions and showroom preparations.

Responsibilities

• Shape the Dunhill styling identity across e-commerce, showroom and brand platforms.

• Participate in collection styling sessions and showroom preparations with creative direction.
• Provide styling insights to guide visual direction for digital content, retail displays and training materials.
• Curate and execute product styling for E-commerce shoots including laydowns and model looks.
• Build complete outfits from seasonal buys and key collection looks.
• Support off-cycle shoots with styling prep and execution.
• Lead in-store styling sessions across regions to support retail teams.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

The lead VM Stylist plays a pivotal role in shaping the Dunhill styling identity across multiple touchpoints, with a strong emphasis on e-commerce. Working closely with the VM team and cross-functional partners, the stylist will be instrumental in curating and translating the Dunhill brand, British heritage, and seasonal collection narratives into compelling visual content - from digital campaigns, to showroom presentations, and global retail styling guidelines.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

General:

• Report directly to the Visual Merchandising Director.
• Work collaboratively across E-commerce, Marketing, Training, and Visual Merchandising to ensure consistent and elevated styling across all brand platforms and visual assets.
• Participate actively in collection styling sessions and showroom preparations, contributing creative direction and execution.
• Contribute styling insights, notes, and inspiration to help guide visual direction for all brand touchpoints, including digital content, retail displays, and training materials.

E-commerce Styling:

• Collaborate with Creative Services to curate & execute product styling for all E-commerce shoots, including laydowns and ready-to-wear looks on models.
• Pull and build complete outfits based on the seasonal buy and key collection looks.
• Support all off-cycle shoots with styling preparation and execution.
• Ensure styling reflects the collection narrative and aligns with the brand’s visual direction.

Training:

• Develop 360 styling and collection training modules in both printed and video formats.
• Create styling videos that outline the do’s and don’ts of British styling in the context of the Dunhill brand.
• Lead in-store styling sessions across regions to support retail teams.
• Provide guidance on how to build complete looks using key products from each collection.

Marketing:

• Support styling needs for off-calendar marketing shoots, including lookbooks, made-to-measure shoots, and gifting catalogues.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure all styling reflects the brand’s aesthetic and collection vision.

Visual Merchandising:

• Support all collection showroom activities in London and Milan.
• Focus on ready-to-wearstyling and presentation for showroom environments.
• Work closely with the Creative Director and Design teams to select and build key looks for presentation.
• Dress and style all mannequin looks for Best Practice sessions at Bourdon House.
• Create clear styling guidelines and look direction for VM directives to support global retail teams.
