About The Role

As our experienced dumper operative, you will play a crucial role in the efficient movement of materials around the substation construction site. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Operating various types of dumpers safely and efficiently.
2. Transporting materials such as soil, aggregates, and waste.
3. Performing daily checks and basic maintenance on the machinery.
4. Adhering strictly to site health and safety regulations.
5. Working closely with other site personnel to ensure smooth operations.
6. Reporting any issues or concerns to the site management team.

Relevant Skills And Experience

• Proven experience as a dumper operative on construction or similar projects.
• A valid CPCS or NPORS card for operating dumpers.
• A strong understanding of health and safety procedures on construction sites.
• Excellent machine operating skills and awareness of surroundings.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are essential.
• Full UK driving licence.
