Job summary

Sheet Metal Express in Royal Tunbridge Wells is seeking a Ductwork Fabricator for a full-time, on-site role. You will measure, cut, form, and assemble ductwork and sheet metal components according to technical drawings and specifications.

You will operate fabrication tools and machinery, perform routine quality checks, and ensure finished products meet standards. Teamwork with production and installation colleagues is essential to hit project deadlines while maintaining a safe workshop.

Qualifications

• Experience in sheet metal or ductwork fabrication and ability to read technical drawings.
• Ability to measure and verify dimensions accurately from drawings.
• Maintains safe work practices and quality standards in the workshop.
• Willingness to lift and move materials and work to production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, form and assemble ductwork and sheet metal components according to drawings and specs.
• Operate fabrication tools and machinery in a safe, efficient manner.
