First Military Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with a fantastic business that is looking to recruit a Duct Cleaning Supervisor on a permanent basis due to growth. The position is based in Swindon and covers the surrounding areas.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Control the workload of the compliance team by coordinating onsite jobs with written programmes and setting priorities.
2. Ensure sufficient manpower is available and inform the team of duties required.
3. Supervise Duct Cleaning Operatives to ensure work is carried out according to standards and training.
4. Assist in on-the-job training of new operatives alongside the Regional Supervisor.
5. Perform ventilation cleaning, kitchen extract fire safety cleaning, and water tank cleaning, coating, and refurbishment.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience is preferred but training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Flexibility with working hours, including day, evening, and night shifts, and occasional weekends.
• A full driving licence is required.

• Location: Swindon and surrounding areas
• Salary: £27,000 – £35,000
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday with flexible hours, including both day and night shifts
