The Firm

Our client is a well-capitalized private equity investment platform based in Dubai, focused on real estate investments in Europe. Backed by prominent institutional and sovereign investors, the fund is actively deploying capital and is building a high-performing team to originate, execute, and manage opportunistic and value-add real estate investments.

The Role

The Investment Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of real estate investments, including deal sourcing, due diligence, transaction execution, and asset management. This role is ideal for a hands-on investment professional with strong real estate experience, technical skills, and the drive to contribute meaningfully to a growing platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Deal Sourcing & Assessment: Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities across various real estate asset classes (residential, commercial, industrial, hospitality, etc.).
• Transaction Execution: Lead financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and deal structuring, working closely with advisors, legal counsel, and counterparties.
• Portfolio Oversight: Monitor and manage portfolio assets post-acquisition, collaborating with external asset managers and JV partners to enhance value.
• Investment Analysis: Prepare investment memos, conduct scenario analysis, and support presentations to the Investment Committee.
• Market Intelligence: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate trends, regulations, and market developments across target geographies.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership and junior team members to support firm-wide investment objectives.

Candidate Profile

• 6 –10 years of experience in real estate private equity, investment banking (real estate coverage), or institutional real estate investment roles.
• Excellent financial modeling and valuation capabilities.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills.
• Knowledge of MENA real estate markets; experience in European markets is advantageous.
• Team-oriented with the ability to take initiative and operate independently.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or French is a plus.
