Commercial Dual Trained Asbestos Surveyor Analyst

Location: Manchester

Salary: GBP33,000 - GBP38,000 per Annum

My client, who has recently transitioned into an Employee Ownership Trust for the benefit of all current and future employees, is looking for a Commercial Dual Trained Asbestos Surveyor Analyst with P402, P403, and P404 qualifications to join their team and positively impact their company by letting their voice be heard.

Responsibilities:

1. Undertake asbestos surveys on all types of buildings from domestic to commercial and industrial.
2. Mentor assistant asbestos surveyors.
3. Carry out 4 stage clearances and other air tests in locations throughout the South.
4. Ensure that files/general paperwork is filled in correctly and to a high-quality standard - following AEC UKAS procedures.
5. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors, and the public.
6. Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health & safety procedures.

Requirements:

1. At least P402, P403, and P404 qualifications.
2. Experience in a similar position.
3. Understanding of the principles of the HSG 248 Analyst Guide.
4. Flexibility in your approach to work and willingness to work weekends/nights and spend time away from home.
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to talk to clients and colleagues at all levels.
6. Must have a driving license.
