Job summary

Purosearch is seeking a Dual Registered Manager for therapeutic children's residential homes in Walsall. The role involves managing two neighbouring homes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving high standards of care for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

The ideal candidate will possess a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, previous management experience in residential settings, and a Full UK Driving Licence. A competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum plus annual bonuses is offered, with a Monday to Friday working pattern.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Registered Manager in children's residential settings.
• Completed Ofsted registration and passing a Fit Person Interview.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory position in residential childcare.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leadership and regulatory compliance of two therapeutic homes.
• Ensure operations meet Children's Homes Regulations and Ofsted requirements.
• Provide leadership and development support to Deputy Managers.
