Are you ready to be part of something big? We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead two of our wonderful Midlands stores: our recently opened Nottingham store in the Victoria Centre and our Leicester store in the Highcross Shopping Centre.

At Whittard, we’re passionate about bringing luxury tea and coffee to our communities. We’ve been achieving this goal since 1886, and you could be part of our story in this new Dual Site Store Manager role at our Nottingham and Leicester stores.

As a Dual Site Store Manager for Whittard, you will:

1. Create a welcoming environment with exceptional customer service and leadership across both locations.

Note: You will be required to travel between both stores. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of recent retail management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing and leading your team in first-class customer service.
• Becoming an ambassador of the products, offering excellent knowledge and recommendations to customers.
• Monitoring store KPI’s and implementing improvements where needed.
• Ensuring Health & Safety, Food Safety, cash, delivery, and reporting processes are followed and reviewed.
• Managing your team’s sickness absences, holiday, and performance.
• Developing your team with long-term succession strategies, development plans, quarterly reviews, and on-the-spot feedback.
• Managing the implementation of in-store visual merchandising in line with Whittard guidelines.
• Providing feedback on best sellers and stock information to head office.

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous retail management experience.
• Experience developing and leading high-performing teams, managing store operations, and driving sales.
• Confident organizational skills.
• The ability to identify problems and provide solutions and improvements.
• Enthusiasm and interest in our products.
