We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead two of our wonderful Midlands stores: our recently opened Nottingham store in the Victoria Centre and our Leicester store in the Highcross Shopping Centre. At Whittard, we’re passionate about bringing luxury tea and coffee to our communities. We’ve been achieving this goal since 1886, and you could be part of our story in this new Dual Site Store Manager role at our Nottingham and Leicester stores. As a Dual Site Store Manager for Whittard, you will create a welcoming environment with exceptional customer service and leadership across both locations. Boosting sales across the stores, you will be on the receiving end of a generous bonus based on targets achieved, 33 days holiday, and investment in your professional development. Your role will champion Whittard, growing the brand locally through encouraging your team to provide customer service that keeps customers coming back time and time again. You will be required to travel to both stores for this position. Please note this role requires you to have a minimum of 3 years of recent retail management experience.
