Job summary

ABM UK is seeking a dynamic Dual Services Manager to oversee security, cleaning, hygiene, waste management, and related tasks at a major client shopping centre in Wallsend. You will ensure operations run efficiently and align with client expectations and ABM policies.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage rosters and payroll, and deliver monthly budget reports while driving safety and quality measures.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in security or facilities.
• Proven ability to maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Experience with budget forecasting and cost control.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Good IT literacy and system usage.
• Health & Safety Certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts in line with company policies.
• Maintain high cleanliness, hygiene and waste standards.
• Deploy security and cleaning teams per site rotas and report incidents.
• Prepare monthly reports including budgets and reconciliations.
• Provide professional support on service-related matters.
• Manage rosters, payroll and staffing levels.
• Communicate effectively and motivate site teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality performance measures.

ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE

ABM UK is seeking a dynamic and experienced Dual Services Manager to join our team. As the Dual Services Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the highest standards of security, cleanliness, hygiene, waste management, and other contractual tasks at our client's Shopping Centre. You will ensure that all operations are carried out efficiently and effectively, meeting client expectations and company policies and procedures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and waste management are consistently achieved
• Ensure both the security and cleaning teams are deployed in line with site rotas, communicating effectively and managing & recording any incidents occurring on site.
• Complete Monthly Reporting to include budget forecasts and monthly reconciliations
• Provide professional support to the business in service-related matters
• Control staff rosters, payroll, and manning levels
• Deliver excellent communication and motivation to the site-based teams
• Ensure compliance with quality performance measures and resolve any non-compliance issues

Requirements

• Significant experience in Managing a multi-disciplinary teams
• Proven track record in delivering high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Experience in budget forecasting and controlling
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Good IT literacy
• Health & Safety Certificate

QUALIFICATIONS

• SIA Front Line Door Supervisory License
• SIA CCTV Licence (Desirable)
