Job Role: Dual Service Supervisor (Security & Parking)

Working Hours: Tuesday to Saturday 9 : 00am-19 : 00pm - 50 hours per week

Pay: 13.35 per hour

Location: Stockport Retail Park SK1 2HH

Reporting to: Support Services Manager

Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Anchor Group Services for an experienced Dual Service Supervisor (Security & Parking) to join our established contract based in a retail environment at Stockport Retail Park.

As Dual Service Supervisor you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a safe secure and welcoming environment for customers tenants and staff. You will work closely with the Service team and management to uphold high standards of service delivery compliance and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the site ensuring that both security and parking operations are delivered efficiently and in line with company and client expectations.

This is a key role within our established team at Stockport Retail Park ideal for someone with a strong background in both security and parking services who thrives in a customer-facing setting and enjoys leading a team to deliver exceptional service standards.

The successful candidate must have a valid SIA Licence as a minimum.

Duties Include
  • Responsible for the Dual Services team ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Communicate effectively with the Support Services Manager ensuring information regarding employees and
  • Maintain effective and positive working relationships within the Services team and with client management tenants and local police.
  • Conducting regular patrols of a portfolio of car park locations to ensure vehicles comply with the advertised terms and conditions for parking.
  • Issuing Parking Charge Notices to non-compliant vehicles
  • Conduct site surveys and ensuring ongoing compliance with the BPA AOS Code of Practice
  • Preparing and submitting incident reports.
  • Providing a customer services presence to car park users.
  • Key holding and alarm response.
  • To secure premises and personnel by patrolling property inspecting buildings equipment access points and permitting entry.
  • To avert losses and damage by reporting irregularities informing violators of policy and procedures.
  • Ensure the Company and Customer Policies and Procedures are adhered to in a fair and professional manner at all times as well as upholding compliance with all legal requirements to maintain the organisations stability and reputation.
  • Completing and compiling accurate reports by recording and logging observations information occurrences and surveillance activities as well as interviewing witnesses and obtaining signatures.
  • Communicating effectively with the Parking Services Team ensuring information is accurately shared with regards to the site and specific customer requests.
Requirements
  • Full 5-year employment checkable history
  • Valid frontline SIA licence DS or SG
  • Customer Service experience and confidence to handle conflict in a correct manner
  • Flexible to meet the job requirements
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Smart appearance and be well-groomed
  • Reliable and punctual
  • High level of enthusiasm and passion
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment
