Job summary

The Best Connection are recruiting for a duel service manager for our busy client based in Bexleyheath. This is a temporary role with the opportunity for a permanent contract for the right candidate. Pay starts at £17.06 per hour.

Hours are flexible but you will work 10 hours a day, five days a week. You will manage a team of 22 staff, including cleaners and security, handle day-to-day scheduling, compile reports and incident logs, conduct 1-to-1s, and maintain HR records.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of 22 staff, mixture of cleaners and security.
• Dealing with day to day scheduling
• Reports / incident reports
• Doing 1 to 1's with staff
• Logging all hr information
• Dealing with any issues that may arrise.

This is a very hands on role, the ideal candidate will have a background in managing a team, hr experience. Previous experience within facilities management is essential.
