Job Description

Job Role: Dual Services Coordinator

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days, including weekends (flexible)

Pay: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Location: Market Place, Bolton, BL1 2AL

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Overview

An exciting opportunity at Anchor Group Services for an experienced Dual Services Co-Ordinator based at Market Place, Bolton. The role involves supporting the Dual Services Manager in delivering high standards across both service delivery teams, with a focus on coordination, reporting, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Duties Include

• Coordinate and oversee the service delivery of the cleaning and security teams to promote a unified team ethos.
• Ensure security and cleaning services are provided in accordance with site instructions and procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment, reporting irregularities and incidents promptly.
• Complete accurate reports on incidents, observations, and activities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety inspections and site procedures.
• React to cleaning needs and maintain a helpful environment for staff, customers, and visitors.
• Support customer service efforts and respond to queries professionally.

• Full 5-year employment history
• Customer service experience with conflict resolution skills
• Flexibility and good communication skills
• Smart appearance and punctuality
